"Shailer Constructions made the switch to A & S Tech 6 months ago and  we have never looked back. Our previous IT Service provider was not giving us the quality of service  that we were after. Since making the switch to A & S Tech our network has been more  reliable and stable. When issues do arise they are attended to in a timely manner.

 

A & S Tech initially did a free network audit of our site. The Audit highlighted weaknesses in our network and recommendations in how to rectify them most of which have since been rectified.  One of the solutions A & S Tech implemented was a corporate grade backup solution (Symantec Backup Exec) in conjunction with a new tape drive.

 

Now we can backup all our corporate data for offsite storage.

 

Another solution  A & S Tech implemented was  moving us to a corporate grade AV solution. Previously  we were running several different types of  free Antivirus products and there was no reporting or central management and we did not know which machines were protected from viruses and which were not. A & S Tech recommended Sophos Small Business Edition. We have since moved to a centrally managed AV Solution from Sophos. Sophos ensures that all our machines are protected and reported on if they receive and infection.”
